I love color! After spending over a decade in the legal/political field (for which I have fond memories and entertaining stories!), I made a big decision to take my life in a different direction... I went back to school (again!) and learned all I could about graphic design and color! I learned how to design with color in the ways I'd always appreciated.

 

I set out to attain a desire I had long felt...to improve the lives around me by bringing more color and design into the world!

After extensive training at the Art Institute of Indianapolis (for Graphic Design) and at the International Association for Color Consultants (IACC), I gained the training needed to accomplish this and created Pure Color & Design. 

​

I believe that color has the power to impact many in a deep and meaningful way. It has the power to affect us in ways we do not consciously recognize. This influence of color is rooted in our development as a human species and in our body's ability to see color and instinctually react to it.  

 

I hope to share my love of color and knowledge of how to precisely use color to both improve people's quality of life and powerfully communicate an organization's mission. Thank you for visiting and happy coloring!
